Viva Engage supports admin roles to efficiently manage network settings, content, and communications. You can assign and manage these roles directly through the Viva Engage Admin center.
You can assign the following roles in the Admin center for use with advanced moderation and keyword monitoring features:
- Verified Admin
- Network Admin
- Engage Admin
- Corporate Communicator (requires advanced moderation granular permissions)
For a detailed breakdown of admin role capabilities and their hierarchy, see Manage administrator roles in Viva Engage.
Advanced Moderation Access for Corporate Communicators
Note
The advanced moderation permission is OFF by default. Verified Admins, Network Admins, and Engage Admins can assign the advanced moderation permission to corporate communicator accounts.
Admins can grant a granular permission to Corporate Communicators for advanced moderation capabilities.
The advanced moderation permission allows Corporate Communicators to perform the following tasks:
- Create and manage AI-based moderation themes
- Set up and monitor keywords across the network
- Use the centralized Advanced Moderation dashboard
- View and take action on detected conversations (including mute, close, and dismiss)
